Bartholomew's Bullpen is a luxurious 3BR/3BA, 1,400 sq ft condo on the 15th floor of Summerwinds' center tower. Relax on the wrap-around balcony with sunset Gulf of Mexico views.
Fully updated with new flooring, cabinets, countertops, appliances, and furniture, the space blends coastal luxury with a baseball touch. The living room mural highlights our non-profit, Baseball Libre, which provides equipment and resources to little leagues across Latin America, starting in Havana. Every stay directly supports the mission.
Sister's Chalet
Sister's Chalet is a fully updated 2BR/2BA luxury beachfront condo that sleeps 8. King in the primary, two queens in the second, plus a sleeper sofa in the living area.
The kitchen is a showpiece, outfitted with Smeg appliances and everything you need to cook in. No reason to leave the island.
Designed with a one-of-a-kind theme honoring our grandmother and our sister brand, Sister's Lemonade.

Eric's place is absolutely beautiful and so comfortable! This was our first time to Navarre Beach and it has become our favorite beach in Florida. Definitely will be back. Love the "local" feel and it being remote, not overcrowded. Highly recommend Navarre Beach and Eric's place. Thank you for being such great hostess'

Perfect place for our girls trip! Lots of space for everyone. Ample kitchen with everything you could need. Clean bathrooms! Great, unobstructed view of the ocean.
We had such a wonderful stay! Beautifully decorated and so modern and clean. The ceilings were so high for a condo and all the rooms were so bright and airy. Loved it so much! Thanks for a wonderful stay and we hope to return again soon!
My family and I had a great time and enjoyed the condo. The view was wonderful and such easy access to the beach. I ended up needing an additional parking pass, reached out to Eric, and had a response and another pass within just a couple of hours.
This condo is exceptional and the hosts go above and beyond to make your stay wonderful! I highly recommend!!
The condo was beautiful and well equipped with everything to make a great vacation. The host was very responsive and we even had an issue with the electronic key pad and they had someone out to fix it within 30 minutes. We’ve stayed at Summerwinds multiple times and it’s the nicest condo we’ve seen in the building. The price is certainly on the high end though.
Beautiful condo! Felt right at home. Kitchen was well stocked. Super impressed with everything it had. There were 8 of us with plenty of room to spread out too. Loved all the little touches like mini shampoos, hand soap, ample towels, coffee ingredients, etc. It was super relaxing and couldn't think of a better place to spend a week away! Hope to return soon!

Eric was an amazing host, and the unit was beyond our expectations. This was our first time at the beaches in the Panhandle and we will definitely be back to this unit! It was perfect!
