Bartholomew's Bullpen is a luxurious 3BR/3BA, 1,400 sq ft condo on the 15th floor of Summerwinds' center tower. Relax on the wrap-around balcony with sunset Gulf of Mexico views.
Fully updated with new flooring, cabinets, countertops, appliances, and furniture, the space blends coastal luxury with a baseball touch. The living room mural highlights our non-profit, Baseball Libre, which provides equipment and resources to little leagues across Latin America, starting in Havana. Every stay directly supports the mission.
Sister's Chalet
Sister's Chalet is a fully updated 2BR/2BA luxury beachfront condo that sleeps 8. King in the primary, two queens in the second, plus a sleeper sofa in the living area.
The kitchen is a showpiece, outfitted with Smeg appliances and everything you need to cook in. No reason to leave the island.
Designed with a one-of-a-kind theme honoring our grandmother and our sister brand, Sister's Lemonade.

Had a wonderful time. The unit was even better than we expected. We really appreciated how spacious, clean and well stocked it was. Loved the huge showers and bidet. The view of the pier, ocean and sunset from the patio was incredible. We can’t wait to go back again when we can actually go in the ocean and there aren’t double red flags.
We loved the location to the pier for easy access for our fishing time. The place is modern and has a fun theme. It's great to have 3 rooms each with their own bathroom and shower for adult groups to have their own space. Amazing 15 floor views of the guild side and the sound.
We had a wonderful stay at Eric’s condo. The condo is updated with beautiful furnishings and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The views and beach are incredible! Highly recommend and I will definitely book this condo again.
My husband and I had an amazing vacation! Eric’s condo was perfect for us, right on beach, beautiful views, woke up to dolphins right out the bedroom window every morning & right by the pier! The condo is stocked with everything you need for your vacation! Very fast response if I had any questions. We had the best time & will definitely be back! ☺️
This is one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed. Luxury all the way. The rooms were beautifully decorated. It was warm and welcoming. A true dream of a beach! Spotless condo. Nice parking. Nice boardwalk to the beach. Well maintained. We really enjoyed the spacious balcony. The doors to the balcony are amazing. The bathrooms are perfect. The kitchen was well stocked. It was perfection. You will not regret staying here. We will definitely be back!
We had a wonderful holiday. The communication with the host was excellent. The description of the listing was spot on. Many extras that made our stay very relaxing and enjoyable. The space was fresh and perfect for two couples or a family with small children. We spent most of our time on the beach, which was so convenient. We definitely check to see if this unit is available for our next stay.

What an amazing stay! The place feels at home. It is super clean, which I am a big fan of the renovation that they did was Superb. Everything feels like luxury. I love all the cleaning supplies all the appliances , the towels and the patio is the best part. Would definitely book again.
Eric's place is absolutely beautiful and so comfortable! This was our first time to Navarre Beach and it has become our favorite beach in Florida. Definitely will be back. Love the "local" feel and it being remote, not overcrowded. Highly recommend Navarre Beach and Eric's place. Thank you for being such great hostess'
